How it works
The process, and exactly where a human steps in
Agents do the repetitive, checkable work. A person handles the parts that need judgment: scoping, review, and anything a script cannot safely decide alone.

Free Scan
Request a scan, get a report
- You email us a URL, from the free scan button on the pricing page.Human touchpoint: someone reads the request and kicks off the scan.
- Our scanner crawls up to 10 pages of your site, at a polite rate, respecting robots.txt.
- It runs axe-core against WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 A and AA rules, a scripted keyboard pass (tab order, focus visibility, keyboard traps), and a contrast check.
- You receive a plain English report: what was found, who it hurts, and an estimate of what a Fix Sprint would cost for a site your size.
Typical turnaround: 24 to 48 hours.

Fix Sprint
Real code changes, checked before delivery
- A short call or written exchange confirms your site size, the platform (Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, plain HTML, and so on) and the fixed price.Human touchpoint: scope and price are agreed before any work starts.
- We work in a copy of your codebase, or in a branch you give us access to. We never change production.
- Agents work through the issues found: missing labels, contrast, focus states, landmark structure, alt text, keyboard traps. Changes are committed to a dedicated branch.
- A human accessibility reviewer checks the branch: does the alt text make sense, does the reading order hold up, do ARIA roles match the widget they describe.Human touchpoint: nothing ships without this review.
- We re-scan the branch and build a before and after proof page from the two reports.
- You get the branch (or pull request), the proof page, and a short written walk-through of what changed.
Typical turnaround: 5 to 10 working days, depending on size and how fast we get review access.

Watch
Keeping a fixed site fixed
- Once a Fix Sprint is delivered, Watch re-scans your site on a monthly cadence.
- We diff the new scan against the last clean baseline to find drift: anything new, changed, or regressed.
- Agents fix regressions on a branch, the same way as in a Fix Sprint, and note them in the monthly report. Anything serious gets a human review first.Human touchpoint: a person reviews anything serious before the fix reaches you.
- You get a short report each month: what changed on your site, what we fixed, and what (if anything) needs your input.
Month to month, cancel any time.
